Forbes Magazine has recently published their list of billionaires around the world. Mexican telecommunication tycoon Carlos Slim Helu ranked at the top, putting Microsoft's Bill Gates at second place. Carlos Slim's net worth is estimated at $53.5 billion while Bill Gates' fortune is $500 million shy from Slim with $53 billion. But $53 billion is $53 billion. That's still a lot of money. At 2nd place, Bill Gates is actually enjoying the lessened spotlight of not being the world's richest person. It's summer once again. If there's a period where Metro Manila's population reach record low, it's this time. Most metropolitan residents book on a vacation mostly in places where there are open beaches or in high areas wherein temperature is low such as Tagaytay and Baguio.
