My website shows the complete project details of Playa Laiya, our company's newest beach community located in San Juan, Batangas. It currently has 10,505 plus hits. I'm sure your site will give it more exposure.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I realized the best way to find a property is thru the internet.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
Three years ago. It's a shutterfly website where I put pictures of the beach communities that I handle.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It gives a general idea of what the website is about.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Unlike the other websites, it offers complete and updated project details.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To keep it for as long as I am in the real estate business.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
There's one website that doesn't do much for me. When I try to cancel my subsciption, they somehow convinced me not to. And so, they've been charging my credit card every 6 months. I really have to get out of it because it doesn't bring me any leads.
What has been your biggest challenge?
People/Brokers who keep on copying my ads.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Uploading a video on youtube.
