Website was initially launched last January 2007 for the purpose of marketing Villa Iluminada Townhomes for global market especially Filipinos working abroad and Foreigners who would like to settle down here in Cebu, Philippines.
Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc
Villa Iluminada Townhomes website is an online marketing tool in selling the property for the global market. Internet is a universal medium that will reach out to interested buyers anytime and anywhere.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
No complication encountered so far. The site must be constantly updated with fresh info and construction updates.
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
Updating the website
What was your biggest mistake?
None

Web design company who also developed the website
Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?
Great benefits in having a website for inquiries from any part of the globe keep on pouring in.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
Internet is a medium that will leverage small players with big players in the market. As long as you have a website, it is like you are at par with them.

SEO is vital in promoting the business/products/services online. A website will be nothing if no one knows it.
