It was given the title before as the one of Asia's City with Highest Potential for growth and power.

actually, at the time when this article was written, 02/08/08 , Makati is the country's richest city, both in per capita and overall. Although Quezon City regained its title 3 months after.
Ironically, based on visual criteria, Quezon City doesn't even show it is the country's richest city. It still has a lot of slums and nomads. I wonder where did all those money go.
