My company is Voiceville Communications, Inc and our services are B2B, B2C intensive marketing campaign like front-to-back office solutions - appointment setting, Data Entry, Encoding, Billing, Bookkeeping, Client Retention/Recall, Credit collections, customer service, Lead Generation, Marketing, Market Research, Payroll, Order Entry/Order taking, Sales Verification, Technical support/help desk, "live" Chat Web Hosting, optimization, Architechture Design, Animation, Microfiche Conversion.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To provide accessibility and convenience to our clients in the USA, the UK, and Canada.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This is our first and only website.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

We copy our website name to our registered call center name that means epxerience, expertise, excellence.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We offer low-cost but high quality, cutting edge outsourcing services to small, medium and large scale business in the United States. the United Kingdom, Canada and Ireland.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Our goal is to provide world-class services tailor-fit to our clients' needs, maintain excellent business relationships and attract more businesses to take advantage of our world-class services.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

The result of our time and money investments is even doubled now,a very successful Cebu based call center.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

A want to have an interactive site wherein we can respond to our clients and give a real-time access to them.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

My website needs to be upgraded.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Clients' unpredictable demands.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Meeting clients' expectations, if not, exceeding it to make them happy. Our business should be a win-win situation between our company and our clients.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

email campaign, cold call and advertisements, registration to organizations through the web.
