American Expat Living the Philippine Culture

I had fun reading an interview of an American expat named Dave Starr about living in the Philippines. The interview is short but is so full of good information on how foreigners can live well in the Philippines.

Dave Starr is a US born man who traveled Asia extensively. 7 years ago, he found a lovely wife named Mita and from then on, made Philippines his primary home. They now are living in specifically in Marilao, Bulacan and enjoying life.
