makati city www.filbenrealty.com Interview
Name of your website?

www.filbenrealty.com

Your name?

Angelina B. Espiritu

Your Location (city, etc)

Makati City

Please give us a short summary of your website?

My website shows exciting real estate choices with special focus on condominiums units and houses at prime areas in Makati and Bonifacio Global City. It carries mostly real estate projects of Ayala Land, the best and biggest real estate developer in the Philippines.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I launched my own website for me to be consistent with the changes brought by the information age and to have a global presence.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

I launched my website on December 20,2006.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

The name was derived from the real estate corporation my family has. Our family corporation, Filben Realty and Development Corp., engages in the business of realty leasing.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Filben is a combination of the names of my father and mother, Filomeno and Bienvenida Espiritu

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

My eventual goals are to sell and lease the listings I have.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I find them well balanced.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I will be more innovative with the help of technical people.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes. I think I can keep up with the demand for I work on it full time.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

The unexpected costs and headaches I dealt with are nuisance customers who have champagne taste but with beer budgets.

What has been your biggest challenge?

My biggest challenge is to develop a network system that will give me regular sales and lease income.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

The best method I discovered is to promote it with prospects.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Till now, I have not closed a sale or lease transaction from it.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

I have run it for more than one year and will maintain it as long as I am in real estate marketing.

How do I maintain a positive attitude if sales is feeble compared to expenses.

God is ever faithful and I cast my cares to Him. I trust God will lead me to path thru my Red Sea.

What is your website address?
