What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Maintaning and optimizing it on search engines since I've been busy at work. :D

Designing my website themes. I really enjoy it.

It revolves around the world. Social Sites rocks since I can make friends and promote my site as well. You can buy anything you'd like in the internet. It's amazing!

The website started only this June 2007. This is because of several modifications made to it before official launching.

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

KS Digital PH offers affordable photo restoration and editing services for the average Filipino. Photo restoration services in stores and malls nowadays are quite expensive. With KS Digital, what the customer only does is to upload the pictures he wants edited. He doesn't need to go out of his house just to let his pictures fixed or edited. KS Digital reviews the uploaded pictures, makes an assessment, makes a price quote, edits the pictures after the customer gives the "go" signal and then after all editing is finished the customer makes a payment through paypal via xoom or direct bank deposit for him/her to download the pictures.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

The most difficult part was during the content creation especially the sample pictures.

We have a broadband internet connection at home.

What was your biggest mistake?

Nothing.

We maintain the website ourselves. It makes in control.
